Masculine Man's Thank You Card

Hi everyone!
I needed a masculine thank you card and mixed a few elements
from Mary's "Everyday Card Kit". I welded the letters for easy placement and
added buttons and a dark brown ribbon. The inside matches the stripped letters and the back side
matches the middle scallop. A quick and easy card to make. The card looks so much better in person.  Thanks for looking and have a wonderful day.

18th Happy Birthday Card

Hello my fellow crafters!
Today I had a special request for a glittered Happy 18th Birthday card. I used Mary's "Everyday cards kit" at svgcuts.com. There so many different ways to decorate these cards. I used the heart button tool from Epiphany. They wanted the hearts to be in pink and I also inked some dental floss to make the tiny bows on them. I also added clear green jewels across the top and inked the edges lightly. I added iridescent glitter to the white and pink letters. I did cut the birthday letters out of the large dotted paper. The pic didn't pick up the tones of pinks, but in person it looks really cool. Also, I welded the word Happy together for easy placement. I embossed the green with the Big Shot template and inked with Tim Holtz distressed inks. I added a iridescent white flower to the pink satin bow and a pink jem to top it off. Inside, I used matching balloon and star stickers. All and all, I think it turned out quite nicely. Well, I'm back to my crafty room.
Thanks for looking and see you next time.  Have a Great day!

Thanks Everyday Card

This is another card from Mary's Everyday card set. The letters are 5 layers
thick and look like chipboard. I stamped birdhouses, added jewels and tied a
matching bow. The envelopes are sooo easy to make. You can get the files at
Mary and Leo's site at svgcuts.com Thanks for looking and have a great day.

Flowers Everyday Cards/Iris Fold

Spring Flower Cards with Envelopes.
I'm starting to make a set of these beautiful flower cutout cards along
with the envelopes, plus a box with a lid to store them in.
I used Uptown Flair glitter papers.
In the middle of the cutout flower I did something like a Iris fold. I cut
various shapes of the matching papers and glued them to the back side of the card and then added
a sheet of white card stock to cover it. I will be adding more cards from Mary's Everyday card collection soon.

You can get the flower
card file (Everyday Cards SVG Kit) at
Mary and Leo's site  http://svgcuts.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=21&products_id=290  You can also find the box
file there also. Mary's files are professional and easy to use. Also, she has step by step
instructions on how to put them all together. Sign up to receive Free files every week. Follow them on Facebook to see everyones beautiful creations. Plus, they are always giving away Great prizes like the eClips machine and their very own Pumpkin Patch Stamps. My niece Lisa Bell in Iowa just won their whole collection of Pumpkin Patch Stamps. 60's Poodle Dress Silhouette Card

Hello my friends! Another fun card from Brittany's free files. She has many cute svg files that she shares with everyone. http://svgfiles.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html

I used the Uptown Flair glitter paper from The Paper Studio. You can find it at Hobby Lobby. I added jewels that I also found at Hobby Lobby to the skirt and a tiny nail art star to the waistband. I punched the heart with the Epiphany heart button tool, but since it was glitter paper, I didn't add the plastic heart over it. For the border on the right side, I used cordinating dotted black with a bright pink strip. I think it turned out nice. Thanks for looking and have a blessed day.

Silhouette Elegant Blue Willow Teapot Cutout Card

I just love this elegant teapot! It reminds me of the Blue Willow pottery. I cut a teapot silhouette out of white card stock and inked it with blue and added blue jewels, ribbon and pearls. The card template was made in eCal software and welded to the teapot. I really like the curved effect that I did to the white card and then added the blue behind it. Thanks for looking and have a great day!

Glitter Silhouette Birds n Birdcage Card

Spring is in the air! This is a silhouette of two birds in a birdcage. I was inspired by the many pictures of birdcages out there and decided to make an svg file of one. I cut a black silhouette and then glued it to the cutout card first and then cut one out on glittered paper and glue it to the black, slightly off center. I added black dotted ribbon and happened to have the same colored ribbon to match the birdcage. I added a white feather bird to top it off. I think this would make up in all black as well or even multi-colored papers. The sky's the limit to your creativity. Have a crafty day and thanks for looking.
