Gucci Clock "Pretty In Pink"

Hello everyone!
We are Still crafting!
Just gotta Love Mary & Leo's Gucci!
 Especially when she's sitting pretty.

Mary and Leo have a special Facebook page for their cat, Gucci. We really enjoy all of her adventures and pictures. We just had to make a clock with Gucci. Now Gucci is officially on Time for crafting! LOL   The clock file is from Mary's Maison de Madeline kit http://svgcuts.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=53&products_id=348

Gucci graces our New Craft room wall with her charm. She's so pretty in pink!
. We don't own a real live cat, so we are enjoying Mary & Leo's.

We will be posting pictures of our New Craft room soon.

Have a wonderful weekend!
Hugs,
Misty & Suzanne.

Maison De Madeline Large Butterly Lamp

Just popping in with another lamp. This lovely lamp measures 20 1/2" tall and is 12 1/2" taller than the original one in Mary's kit. I used this gorgeous paper from the "Royal Garden stack that I got from Joann's. The lamp file is from Mary's Maison de Madeline kit  https://svgcuts.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=53&products_id=348&referrer=SVG_38311679102991

I also made the 8 1/2" lamp and turned it upside down and placed it inside the top of our large shade, giving it a special effect on top. It's trimmed with black sequins.

I made the cutout of the butterfly on the lampshade and glued velum behind it and cut a black silhouette for the front.

The butterflies swirled around the base of the lamp were cut out of the same shiny papers and silhouettes glued on both sides. They are beautiful at any angle. This was an exciting lamp to make and I hope to have inspired you once again.

Hugs,
Misty

Rabbit Garden Enchanted Lamp

 Hello my dear friends!
We are excited to share our delightful Mr. McGregor's Garden table Lamp with you today.
It was a long cherished adventure to be sure.
It is entered into Mary & Leo's "Masion de Madeline Challenge"

We were inspired by the Tales of Peter Rabbit in Mr Mc Gregor's Garden storybook. Thus began our journey into the world of Peter Rabbit.

The brown windows and watering cans are from Mary's "Mother's Garden Kit" http://svgcuts.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=44&products_id=306

The Flower pots, multi color flowers and green leaves in the flower pot and behind the fence were from Mary's "Chamomile Friendship kit http://svgcuts.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=30&products_id=191

The Bunnies, Carrots, tiny birds and raindrops are from Mary's "April Avenue kit"  "http://svgcuts.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=11&products_id=300

I made the picket fence using 2 shapes within Ecal.
For the green vine I used Swirls within Ecal.

The little Bumble bees are Mayr's Free file "Easter Egg Honey Bee" http://svgcuts.com/blog/2010/03/20/free-svg-file-sure-cuts-a-lot-03-20-10-easter-egg-honeybee/

We put a 2" x 2" Styrofoam into the large bottom watering can to raise the lamp base. We used pastel card stock for the watering cans, lamp base and shade and the pail with the tiny bunny peeking out. We used tiny brads for all the  pansies. The light chain holds a pansy. We found the chain in our New crafty room. Pictures coming soon.

We used iridescent glitter for the tiny Bumble bees and water droplets. We used Tim Holts inks for most our inking.
This took many hours of dedication and imagination and we loved every minute of it. Taking these pictures is another story, not so grand as it took us two days...lol to get the right lighting. Wish we were within driving distance of Leo & Mary. He takes awesome pictures!

We Love our adorable enchanting table lamp!
I hope that we have inspired you to start crafting.
Mary and Leo have some amazing kits and Challenges for you.
Once you start you will Never look back! LOL

That's it my friends for another day!
Have a wonderful weekend and keep watching for New and exciting creations.

Hugs,
Misty & Suzanne

Piewacket the Cat Silhouette Card

Hello my friends!
Today we would like to share this adorable cat silhouette card that I made.

The cat is cut in black card stock and mounted on white card stock. I used one of Mary's FREE flower corner design to embellish each corner. A twine bow with a few added gems give it a nice look.

You can get the Free svg cutting file below

Piewacket  was my favorite cat for many years. We have many happy memories.

This is the Aspen Clubhouse where we held the Daffodil card class.

This is a picture of some of our students that made the Daffodil card. Some had to pick up children before we got their picture. They did a marvelous job and as you can see, they were all very happy with their card. What a fun day!

That's it for another day my friends.
I hope we have inspired you.
Have a wonderful weekend!
Hugs
Misty & Suzanne
